Much loved sister of Heather and adored nana of Geraint, Bethan, Laura, Amy, Daniel and their partner's Kathryn, Steve and Adrian. Loved great nana Hazel to Nathaniel, Harry, Jake, Erin Sophia and Edison. Hazel will be sadly missed by her family, friends and special neighbours. Funeral service Thursday 25th September at Swansea Crematorium at 3pm. Family flowers only, donation's if desired to Cancer Research via the funeral page.
